Wellbeing coaching for demanding careers
You carry a lot.
Who’s in your corner?
For leaders, business owners and professionals who look like they’re coping, but feel stretched or unhappy behind the scenes.
I’m Tim. I’ve lived that pressure. Together, we’ll work on your nutrition, wellbeing and life beyond the role.

The role is one part of your life
Work. Home. You.
Your work matters. So do your relationships, health and happiness. Tap a pillar to explore.
Does this sound familiar?
High expectations.
Very little room to switch off.
You’re making decisions, supporting others and staying available across time zones. Food, movement and recovery get pushed aside. Even at home, your head is still at work.
A place to beginMap the demands of your real week. Build practical routines around travel, meals, movement and the transition out of work.
Does this sound familiar?
You’re home.
But your mind is elsewhere.
You want to be present with the people you love, but work has used up your attention and energy. Your own routines can feel like one more thing to fit in.
A place to beginFind a shared meal, a walk or a small end-of-work routine that helps you make space for the people beside you.
Does this sound familiar?
Everyone needs something.
You do, too.
You know the things that help you feel better, but keep putting them off until the week gets quieter. That quieter week rarely arrives.
A place to beginChoose one manageable commitment to yourself. Build from what is possible now, rather than waiting for a perfect routine.

Experience you can talk to
I understand the pressure.
Nearly 30 years in UK manufacturing taught me about responsibility, pressure and supporting people. I know the motorways, hotels, late Sunday departures and meetings across time zones.
More about my experience
I know what it feels like to put work first until the pressure starts to cost you. Learning to protect my health, movement and relationships changed how I approached that life. I bring that experience into our conversations, alongside my nutrition qualification.
The two worlds can work together.
They don’t need to collide.
Nutrition, wellbeing & practical mentoring
What would we actually work on?
01 · Understand your real week
Talk honestly about work, travel, food, movement and home life. Identify what is helping and what is costing you.
02 · Make a practical plan
Plan for eating away from home, making room for movement and finding a clearer finish to your working day.
03 · Review and adjust together
Use regular conversations to work through obstacles and build routines you can rely on when pressure rises.
Nutrition is our foundation. We also make space for the pressures and routines affecting your wellbeing, within your booked coaching time.

Do I need a weight-loss goal?
No. You may want more confidence with food, a more manageable routine or to make room for movement and your own wellbeing. We agree what progress means to you.
Can you help with time management and work pressure?
We can look at the routines, priorities and boundaries affecting your nutrition and wellbeing, then agree practical changes within your control. Coaching cannot remove every demand or resolve an unsafe working environment.
Is this counselling or therapy?
No. This is practical nutrition and wellbeing coaching, informed by my professional and personal experience. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or replace counselling, therapy or medical care.
Can we meet online or go for a walk?
Yes. We can meet online, in the private Pillars office in Oswestry, or arrange a Move & Talk session outdoors. Movement sessions start at one hour. You don’t need to join a gym.
Could my employer fund this support?
If you’re exploring a workplace wellbeing or personal development budget, speak to me before booking. We can discuss the purpose and format of the coaching, and what information your employer needs to consider it. Funding needs to be agreed with them.
Discuss employer-funded support ↗Which coaching option should I choose?
You don’t need to decide before we speak. In a free 15-minute introduction, we can discuss what you’re looking for and whether a one-off session, Basecamp or regular coaching would fit. There’s no obligation to sign up.
