Your starting point
What would help you most?
You don’t need to have it all worked out before we talk. Choose what sounds like you.
Make the next step clearer
Start with your real week.
Your meals, your routine and what you want to change. We’ll work out where you need guidance and what feels manageable now.
Your next step: a conversation to find the right starting point, before choosing a package.
Learn from what came before
What made it difficult to keep going?
Work, weekends, hunger, family meals or a plan that asked too much? We’ll talk through what helped, what didn’t and what you need this time.
Your next step: build understanding and a plan for maintaining progress, as well as losing weight.
A coach in your corner
Work through it together.
With coach-managed support, I review your nutrition data, discuss your progress and agree adjustments with you. Your food, routine and wellbeing all belong in that conversation.
Your next step: explore live coaching and the regular contact included in each package.
Your coach. Your own way forward.
Lose weight.
Learn what works for you.
The aim is to help you build the understanding and confidence to manage your nutrition yourself. You can start with guidance, work closely with a coach, and adjust your support as your needs change.

Work on meals, portions and routines you understand, with movement that fits your starting point. Learn how to use your nutrition tools with confidence.

Before you begin
A few honest answers.
You can ask me these—and anything else—during your free introduction.
Read client reviews ↗How quickly will I lose weight?
That depends on your starting point, health, approach and circumstances. I won’t promise a particular amount by a particular date. We agree an appropriate plan and review how it is working for you.
Do I need to join a gym?
No. You can meet me in the private Pillars office at Active8 Gym in Oswestry without joining the gym, or work with me online. We can discuss movement that fits your life and preferences.
Will I need to track everything I eat?
We’ll discuss whether tracking would be useful and manageable for you. Cronometer is a tool for understanding your nutrition; the approach should reflect your needs and the support you choose.
Can you help me keep the weight off?
Maintaining progress belongs in the conversation from the start. We’ll work on understanding your habits and planning for changing routines, with the aim of helping you become more independent.
What if I have a medical condition or take medication?
Let me know before we begin so we can discuss whether coaching is suitable and when input from your GP or another qualified clinician is needed. Nutrition coaching does not replace medical care.
